There are two styles of cooking classes. They can be a demonstration or hands on style. Demonstration (D) the chef will show you how to prepare healthy delicious dishes, and give you tips on techniques, cooking methods and more. Altough, on the hands on (HO) style, you actually get to cook at the same time with the chef. Groups & Hen's, Buck's, Third Age, Kids & Corporate (D & HO) We offer specially designed cooking classes to suit any age, budget or group size.
We design classes based on the group’s needs and desires on learning cooking techniques, healthy substitutions and healthy eating in general.
Classes can be taught individually or in groups, up to 10 people (HO) and up to 30 people (D), depending on the menu and venue choice. Price varies accordingly to menu, duration and venue.
We offer classes for kids, hen’s nights, healthy eating needs, 3rd age, men and people who do not eat vegetables or do not like cooking (After many years providing health food on caterings and cooking classes, one thing that is still amazes me is the little amount of vegetables people normally eat, or their kids).
So, we teach you how to “hide” vegetables into recipes, making them more attractive for the “fussy” people who do not like them.
We also offer one - to - one cooking classes, where you get special attention from the chef at the convenience of your home, and learn techiniques, foods facts and healthy substitutions to make dishes work for your health.

Raw food diet
Raw food diet consists in eating dishes that are uncooked, and use different preparation methods.
Some people think that raw foods consist only on salads and fruits, but it is much more than that.
Using different food preparation methods, you will learn how to use all the vegan ingredients that you normally would use in a traditional cuisine, applying different techniques on preparation.
That way, you learn how to get different nutrients from the same ingredients. When foods are cooked, their nutritional content is modified. By using raw food preparation techniques you will learn how to get more from the same vegetable/fruit that you are used to buy day by day.
Raw foods also are detoxifying and assist in weight loss, since they are absolutely vegan and there is no use of proceeded ingredients.
So, introduce raw foods into your diet and enjoy the body and mind benefits of this wonderfully tasty and absolutely healthy diet.
